Countdown begins to Euro 2008 decision

Today is the last chance for Ireland and Scotland to win over Europe's football authorities in their bid to host the European Championships in 2008.

The two nations will make their final pitch at UEFA headquarters in Switzerland. Four other bids are in contention, with Austria and Switzerland's joint application being the favourite.

UEFA will make it's final decision at noon tomorrow.
