Bray still bottom despite win

Jason Byrne scored twice to earn Bray their first win in eleven games - but it wasn't enough to lift them off the bottom of the table.

Byrne gave Bray the lead on seven minutes when punishing sloppy defender by Avery John.

Byrne then hit a stunning free kick on 27 minutes to put Wanderers in the driving seat.

Town rallied well in the second half and John and then Vinny Perth hit the bar as Bray held out.
