Manchester United captain Roy Keane has vowed to be a changed man when he returns
from suspension.
He has vowed today to "calm things down" and be "more clever and wiser".
He was fined a record £150,000, and banned for five matches, after admitting deliberately injuring Manchester City's Alf Inge Haaland.
