Leeds boss Terry Venables is urging Alan Smith and Harry Kewell to pledge their futures to the club by signing new long-term deals.

Smith and Kewell have been the two shining lights in a so far disappointing season since Venables took over at Elland Road in early July, both scoring seven goals apiece to date.
