Bolton to appeal N'Gotty red card

Bolton manager Sam Allardyce has confirmed the club will appeal against the straight red card dished out to Bruno N’Gotty.

The French defender was dismissed by referee Mike Riley for a challenge on West Brom’s Jason Roberts in the 1-1 draw.

After looking at a video of the match, Allardyce said: “We believe the sending off was very harsh indeed.”
