Finn hat-trick seals Student victory

Sean Finn scored a hat-trick inside ten first half minutes as UCD gave their season a big lift.

Finn punished a blunder by Drogheda keeper Gary Rogers to tap in the first on 30 minutes.

He then fired home his second from a deflected free-kick eight minutes later.

The hat-trick arrived on 40 minutes when Finn headed home Pat Sullivan's corner.

If UCD get at least a point in Derry on Tuesday they will come off the bottom of the table for the first time in three months.
