Moyes waits on injured trio

Everton boss David Moyes has three injury concerns ahead of the Worthington Cup third round tie at Newcastle on Wednesday.

Denmark international Thomas Gravesen remains doubtful with a knee injury which has forced him to miss the wins at West Ham and Leeds, while winger Niclas Alexandersson also has a knee problem.
