Cudicini is king, says Chelsea chief executive

Carlo Cudicini has proved himself to be the best goalkeeper in the Premiership this season, insists Chelsea chief executive Trevor Birch.

While David Seaman has suffered a series of mishaps and Newcastle’s Shay Given has had problems of his own, West Bromwich Albion’s Russell Hoult and Liverpool’s Jerzy Dudek have impressed in the first few months of the campaign and Fabien Barthez, Paul Robinson or David James would also earn a high rating.
