Lineker launches Foxes' takeover bid

Gary Lineker today launched his bid to rescue Leicester City with the vow: “This club cannot go to the wall”.

The former Filbert Street favourite is part of a consortium which is bidding to get the cash-strapped Foxes out of the hands of the administrators and back into the Barclaycard Premiership.
