Julian Dicks insists Roy Keane should have been banned for life for his lunge on Alfie Haaland.

Manchester United skipper Keane revealed in his autobiography that he set out to hurt Haaland two seasons ago as payback for a clash at Elland Road in 1997, which led to the Irishman rupturing his cruciate ligaments.
