Keane handed five-match ban

Roy Keane has been handed a five-match suspension and a fine of £150,000 by the Football Association.

The fine commences on November 4.

Both the suspension and fine are subject to an appeal within 14 days.

If Keane does not appeal he will miss Manchester United's Worthington Cup game against Leicester and four Premiership games against Manchester City, West Ham, Newcastle and Liverpool.
