Fergie ready to go home

Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson was today preparing to return to the UK from South Africa after authorities there decided not to press charges against him for indecent assault.

The 60-year-old Old Trafford boss had been accused of inappropriately touching the leg of Nadia Abrahams, 21, as she gave him a lift back to his hotel in the southern city of Cape Town in the early hours of Friday morning.
