Glen Crowe hit a hat-trick as Bohs opened up a 12 points lead at the top of the table to firmly put last week's FAI Cup disappointment behind them.

Crowe had Bohs in front within 36 seconds; firing home following a Fergal Harkin pass.

Paul Keegan chested home a Mark Rutherford cross for the second goal on 20 minutes before Crowe struck again five minutes before the break after running onto keeper Ashley Bayes' long clearance.

Crowe's hat-rick arrived on 52 minutes when he rounded John Walsh to slide the ball home.

Bayes then saved a 60th minute penalty from John Flood to just about sum up Bray's night.
