Rangers Euro campaign ends early

Rangers’ UEFA Cup adventure was ended in the first round by an away goal in extra-time as Viktoria Zizkov, who had been 3-0 down on the night, made it 3-1 and therefore 3-3 on aggregate.

It was an Ibrox night of high drama with two goals from Ronald de Boer taking the tie past the 90-minute mark for Neil McCann to give his side the scent of victory before Marcel Licka saved his side, who ended the game with 10 men, with a reply.
