Blackburn scrape into second round

Blackburn have went through to the second round of the UEFA Cup after defeating CSKA Sofia on away goals.

Rovers took a 3-0 lead in the match and looked to be cruising into the next round.

In the second half Sofia got back into the game with two quick goals, and scored a third with just two minutes to go.

Blackburn held out, however, to scrape through on away goals.

Result: CSKA Sofia 3 Blackburn Rovers 3 (4-4 on agg Blackburn win on away goals).
