Douglas set for return

Scotland’s Robert Douglas is expected to ease Celtic’s goalkeeping crisis by returning to the side for tomorrow’s UEFA Cup first round first leg tie with Lithuanian minnows FK Suduva at Parkhead.

With number two Magnus Hedman set to be out of action with a calf strain for over a fortnight, the former Dundee favourite has returned to full training after picking up an ankle knock at Motherwell.

Jonathan Gould will drop to the bench, but manager Martin O’Neill has no fresh injury problems to contend with.
