England captain David Beckham has escaped punishment for elbowing Lee Bowyer during Manchester United‘s 1-0 defeat against Leeds.

But the Football Association plan to investigate the incident in which Thierry Henry elbowed John Robinson during Arsenal‘s 3-0 win over Charlton.
