United face Leverkusen in first group stage

Manchester Utd have been drawn in Group F for the Champions League first group stage.

They face Bayer Leverkusen, Olympiakos and Israel's Maccabi Haifa.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have been drawn in Group B with Valencia, Spartak Moscow and FC Basel, who knocked out Celtic last night.

Premiership champions Arsenal were drawn in Group A with Borussia Dortmund, PSV Eindhoven and Auxerre.

Newcastle were drawn in Group E with Juventus, Feyenoord and Dynamo Kiev.

This year's Group of Death is Group G, which has Bayern Munich, Deportivo La Coruna, AC Milan and Lens.
