Tottenham made two changes for the capital clash with Charlton at The Valley.

Republic of Ireland international Gary Doherty was brought in up front in place of veteran Les Ferdinand while Goran Bunjevcevic was preferred to Slovenian Milenko Acimovic.

Opponents Charlton were forced into alterations following the win over Bolton last weekend with captain Graham Stuart (knee ligaments) and Gary Rowett (hamstring) hobbling off at the Reebok Stadium.

They were replaced by Radostin Kishishev and Jon Fortune respectively.
