Arsenal refer Manninger row to FIFA

Arsenal are furious at the breakdown of Alex Manninger’s move to Espanyol – and are referring the matter to FIFA.

The Austrian goalkeeper has been with the Spanish top-flight club since the start of July and looked set to complete a move.
