Chelsea footballers found not guilty of affray
Chelsea defender John Terry, 21, was today found not guilty of affray at Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court following a brawl at an exclusive London nightclub on January 4.
Chelsea player Jody Morris, 23, and Wimbledon defender Des Byrne, 21, were also found not guilty of affray.
Byrne was found guilty of possessing a bottle as an offensive weapon. Terry was found not guilty of possessing a bottle as an offensive weapon.
Terry was found not guilty of wounding doorman Trevor Thirlwall with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
