Newcastle's opponents given cash incentive

Bosnian team Zeljeznicar will receive a huge cash bonus if they beat Newcastle in the Champions League third round match.

Zeljeznicar's players have been offered an incredible €31,000 each by their club if they reach the group stage.

The average wage in Bosnia is €130 a month.

Head coach Amar Osim said: "There is no doubt that Newcastle are better, stronger and a wealthier club than Zeljeznicar, but, who knows, these are matches we live for.

"I've been watching a video from a match that Newcastle lost 3-0 to Barcelona and I want to see Newcastle's game against West Ham on August 19 to make sure we are well prepared."
