Hoddle snaps up Chinese star

Tottenham have signed China international striker Qu Bo for £2m (€3.1m), subject to a work permit.

Spurs boss Glenn Hoddle has swooped after the 21-year-old impressed during a two-week trial at White Hart Lane.

Bo, who has agreed personal terms, has 19 caps for China and featured in all three of his country's World Cup matches this summer.
