Inter struggle to beat Bolton

Serie A giants Inter Milan struggled to overcome a determined Bolton Wanderers side in their 2-0 win at the San Siro.

The Premiership side created several chances against a shaky looking Inter side, but two second-half goals gave the Italians victory.

Inter claimed the win thanks to Bernardo Corradi’s 64th-minute goal, and a Alvaro Recoba strike three minutes from time.

Jay-Jay Okocha created the Trotters’ best effort on 79 minutes. His long range strike narrowly flew past the post.
