Sherwood hits out at Spurs

Tottenham midfielder Tim Sherwood believes Spurs are still "a million miles away" from challenging for the Premiership title.

The former England player feels the club have not put up the money needed to sign top players, and insists manager Glenn Hoddle should stand up to the board if Spurs are to match the spending power of Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool.
