Brazilian playmaker Rivaldo, released by Barcelona last week, has joined Serie A giants AC Milan on a three-year contract.

Brazilian playmaker Rivaldo, released by Barcelona last week, has joined Serie A giants AC Milan on a three-year contract.

The 30-year-old, who had been linked with Real Madrid and Newcastle, will earn a reported £3m (€4.75m) a season.
