Irish under-19s prepare for English test

Ireland’s under-19s are preparing for this evening’s showdown with England in the final qualifying round of the European Championships in Norway.

Brian Kerr’s team can book a place in the final of the competition if they beat England and if Germany slip up in their final game against Belgium.

A draw will be sufficient to secure qualification for next year’s World Youth Cup in the United Arab Emirates. Tonight’s game kicks off at 5pm Irish time.
