Accies to unveil rescue package

Hamilton Academicals have called a press conference for 11am where details of a successful rescue bid for the club will be unveiled.

Players, management and staff walked out of the Second Division club nine days ago in protest at not receiving a regular wage since mid-April.

But director of the club’s holding company, Deeka Ltd, Jim Watson, will reveal the full details of the new package which is destined to secure the future of the Lanarkshire club.
