Izzet still in my plans, says Leicester boss

Micky Adams insists that Muzzy Izzet is still part of his plans despite not being named in Leicester's 20-man squad to visit Finland.

The Turkey midfielder reports back to Filbert Street on Wednesday, the same day Adams and his squad leave for Scandinavia, after an extended break following the World Cup.

Izzet is transfer-listed and had been expected to complete a move to Middlesbrough in the summer.

But since that fell through, Adams has stressed he still has a future at the club and insists he will be "doing the same fitness training as the others."
