Sven-Goran Eriksson has declared that today’s World Cup quarter-final against Brazil is made for Michael Owen to emerge as England’s match-winner.

Owen missed training earlier this week with a groin injury and while doubts remain whether he will last the entire game in Shizuoka, he came through yesterday’s full training session.
