Espanyol chase Hedman - but Coventry hold out

Coventry have admitted holding talks with Espanyol over the sale of goalkeeper Magnus Hedman but stress that no deal has been done.

Various reports suggested the Sweden international had signed for the Spanish outfit, but Sky Blues chief executive Graham Hover has revealed the club turned down the Barcelona club’s offer.
