Ibrahimovic escapes major injury for Sweden
Zlatan Ibrahimovic escaped serious injury when he was elbowed in the head in Sweden's final warm-up match ahead of their World Cup opener against England on Sunday.
Ibrahimovic needed treatment after clashing with a Japanese defender before limping off in the 27th minute of the friendly with Miyazaki City.
However, the striker returned to the action in the second half and struck twice as Sweden scored a 5-2 victory.
Andreas Andersson also scored twice and Pontus Farnerud struck the fifth before Miyazaki hit back with a couple of consolation goals.
Ajax star Ibrahimovic was given the chance to start as first-choice striker Henrik Larsson was rested.
