Keane is Manchester United fans' player of the year

Manchester United fans have voted Roy Keane as their player of the year.

He finished top of a poll on MUTV, after taking more than a quarter of all votes to claim top spot.

But the biggest surprise came with the runners' up spot which goes to Juan Sebastian Veron, who finished only a few votes behind Keane.

David Beckham finished in third place, with Ruud Van Nistelrooy fourth and last year's winner, Ryan Giggs, fifth.
