Dalla Bona put on Chelsea transfer list

Chelsea have put Italian midfielder Sam Dalla Bona on the club’s transfer list after he turned down an extension to his existing contract at Stamford Bridge.

Dalla Bona has one year left on his Chelsea contract, but he wants to return to Italy to be near his family.

Chelsea said they will only accept cash offers for the 21-year-old player and will force him to see out his contract in the reserve team if an acceptable bid is not forthcoming.
