RIO FERDINAND: Looked assured at the back and formed a solid partnership with Sol Campbell. 6/10.
SOL CAMPBELL: Getting back to full fitness after recovering from injury and stayed cool. 6/10.
ASHLEY COLE: Never looked that comfortable under pressure when the Koreans pressed forward. 5/10.
DANNY MURPHY: Handed a first start and showed his attacking instincts by going close with a 25-yard volley. 6/10.
OWEN HARGREAVES: Stamped his authority on the game in the first half with some neat passing and good defensive work. 8/10.
PAUL SCHOLES: Always committed to winning the ball and had a hand in the first goal. 6/10.
DARIUS VASSELL: Nearly scored when Owen’s shot was blocked in 14th minute and worked tirelessly. 6/10.
