South Korea hammer Scotland in friendly

World Cup co-hosts South Korea have recorded a convincing 4-1 victory over Scotland in a friendly game.

It was Scotland’s third consecutive defeat since Berti Vogts took over as manger.

South Korea went 3-0 ahead at one stage thanks to goals from Chun-Soo Lee, Jung-Hwan Ahn and Jung-Hwan Yun, but Scott Dobie pulled one back for Scotland on his international debut.

Jung-Hwan Ahn, who plays for Italian club Peruggia, then scored a memorable fourth goal for South Korea with three minutes remaining.
