Third Dane joins City

Manchester City boss Kevin Keegan has made another close-season signing after capturing young Danish defender Mikkel Bischoff from AB Copenhagen.

City’s representatives are still negotiating to bring Newcastle’s French defender Sylvain Distin to Maine Road, but Denmark Under-20 international Bischoff has signed a four-year deal for a fee of £750,000 (€1.2m).
