Rangers’ Argentinean striker Claudio Caniggia will have a better idea today if he has a chance of being fit in time for the World Cup.

The 35-year-old forward, who injured his left knee on Saturday in the Scottish Cup final win over Celtic, travelled to Rome yesterday and this morning left for Bologna in Italy to have tests on the joint.
