Leeds deny making offer for Brett Emerton

Leeds United have denied reports that have offered £8m (€12.9m) for Feyenoord winger Brett Emerton.

Leeds manager David O’Leary was in Rotterdam last weekend to watch the Australian international in action, but the British club has insisted that it has not made any offer for the player.

Liverpool are also believed to be chasing the 23-year-old.
