Le Tissier set for new Saints role

Southampton legend Matthew Le Tissier is to be offered a new role at the St Mary’s Stadium when he retires next month.

Le Tissier, 33, is in talks with Saints chairman Rupert Lowe about taking on a job promoting the Premiership club when he brings his career on the south coast to a close following his testimonial on May 14.
