Eircom League: Bohemians 1 Longford Town 0

Glen Crowe hit a second half winner as Stephen Kenny's Bohemians did his former club no favours at Dalymount.

Crowe got on the end of a Mark Rutherford cross in from the left on 58 minutes to shoot past Stephen O'Brien for the only goal of the game.

Minutes earlier, Town skipper Wes Byrne had cracked a free kick off a post at the other end.

The first half is one Town will want to forget as they had loud appeals for a penalty waved away while striker Keith O'Connor was taken off on a stretcher.
