Premiership: Wright vowing to win Taylor approval

Long-serving defender Alan Wright has vowed to win back his first-team spot at Aston Villa despite being frozen out since the return of Graham Taylor as manager.

Wright joined Villa seven years ago from Blackburn and has clocked up more than 300 appearances for the midlands club and been the regular right-back under Brian Little and John Gregory.
