Premiership: Boro chasing Frenchman Debeve

Middlesbrough are attempting to secure a deal to bring French midfielder Mikael Debeve to the Riverside Stadium.

Boro manager Steve McLaren is currently in negotiations with the 31-year-old Lens player, who recently impressed during a week-long trial with Middlesbrough.

McLaren wants Debeve to join Boro on loan until the end of the season.
