FA Cup: FA 'sympathetic' but unmoving

The Football Association insist they are sympathetic to Arsenal’s request for their FA Cup quarter-final kick-off time to be moved but stressed that it was unlikely that any change would be made.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has complained at the proposed 5.35pm kick-off on Saturday, March 9 because he feels it will adversely affect the club’s preparations for their Champions League clash against Deportivo La Coruna the following Tuesday.
