eircom League: Longford penalised for sendings-off

Longford Town today learned the full extent of their punishment for the triple sendings-off against Shelbourne earlier this month.

Leading scorer Eric Levine was dismissed in the seventh minute of the eircom League match at Tolka Park on February 1 for two bookable offences - and he was followed Vinny Perth and Stuart Byrne for similar indiscretions.
