Dundalk 1, Shelbourne 2 (full-time)

Wes Houlihan scored two second half goals as Shels jumped back to the top of the table.

The 18-year-old shot home his first on 57 minutes following great work down the right by Martin Gritton.

A dreadful blunder by Dundalk keeper John Connolly gifted Houlihan a simple tap in for the second 10 minutes later.

Donal Broughan pulled a goal back for Dundalk from a 79th minute penalty after Kevin Doherty was sent off for tripping Cormac Malone.
