Soccer: Law named as new Bradford City manager
Nicky Law has been named as manager of Bradford City after leaving Chesterfield.
Jim Jefferies resigned his post at Valley Parade on Christmas Eve but chairman Geoffrey Richmond has acted quickly to bring in Law in time for the New Year's Day match at Burnley.
Law quit his job at Chesterfield having guided the Spireites to promotion last season, leaving the club just above the Division Two relegation zone, despite a crippling cash crisis.
Law signed a two-and-a-half year contract at Valley Parade.
