Liverpool say they have received no approach from Tottenham Hotspur over a possible swoop for club captain Jamie Redknapp.

Newspapers have reported the London outfit have made enquiries about Redknapp's availability, with a transfer fee of £3m - and a pay-per-play deal - being mentioned.
