SPL: Celtic beat Livingstone to set up Old Firm semi-final

Celtic are set for a CIS Insurance Cup semi-final showdown with Rangers, after beating Livingston 2-0.

Celtic's dreams of achieving a double treble were kept alive, with Bobo Balde and John Hartson providing the goals.

Livingston are three points behind Rangers in the Premier League and proved that their form was no flash in the pan by pushing the visitors all the way.

Martin O'Neill could afford to rest stars Henrik Larsson, Paul Lambert, Neil Lennon and Alan Thompson and still keep their treble dream on track however.
