SPL: Zura to be treated in Italy

Dundee defender Zura Khizanishvili will seek treatment in Italy on his injured knee.

The Georgian will head to see Dark Blues’ coach Ivano Bonetti’s specialist in Bologna after a collision with Celtic’s European Golden Boot winner Henrik Larsson at Parkhead on Saturday.

‘‘They couldn’t exactly diagnose it and that’s why we agreed to take a course of treatment in Bologna,’’ said Khizanishvili.

The 21-year-old has played 17 league games this season for the Dens Park club, who are in sixth place in the Scottish Premier League.
